The Crowne Plaza: Downtown Knoxville University is the Official Host Hotel for Knoxville College’s Homecoming Celebration.
We have a negotiated rate of $130 per night. Here are the instuctions for booking your room:

When one clicks on the link, it will go to the hotel’s reservation page.
Individuals must choose their arrival and departure dates to accurately reflect their stay. The GROUP CODE field will automatically populate with KCA, the group code.
The basic room type, rooms with two queen beds will be the room type associated with the block.
The link will work until 30 days prior to the first arrival date. That 30-day mark is the day that the unreserved rooms of the block will drop from the group’s inventory. After that 30-day mark, there is no guarantee that the rate would be available.
After the 30-day cut-off, attendees would need to contact the hotel, directly, to make a reservation into the block.
Note: If attendees try the booking link, and their stay is for days earlier than the first arrival date, or after the last date of the room block, they’ll need to contact the hotel to make their reservation. Our reservation manager, Jamie Julius, is available Mon – Fri, 830a – 430p, at 865-522-2600.
You can have other room types, but you will need to contact the hotel for a room with one queen bed and a sofa-sleeper (Add $10), or a room with one king bed (Add $15).
Parking charge is $10 self-parking; $25 valet-parking.
No meals are included in the rate, but the restaurant is open for all meal periods, and room service is also available.
